Walking along Copenhagen, from the little mermaid to Amalienborg palace, we stumbled across this wonderful place.
Doesn’t it look like the best place to take a break and refresh?

Tivoli lights
One more photo from our Tivoli visit – the lights were so lovely and the whole atmosphere just magical.
Flying high
One of the highlights of our Copenhagen visit was the evening we spent at the Tivoli – all the fun rides, wonderful gardens and the loving decor!
Under construction
Walking through Copenhagen last year, we stumbled on the construction sites for the metro everywhere – it will be interesting to see it finished. One more reason to return to Copenhagen one day!
Summertime
As it’s cold and snowy outside, I’d like to share a glimpse of summer – a street view from Copenhagen this year.
Taking a break there looks inviting, doesn’t it?
Fresh Lobster?
Wandering around Nyhavn at Copenhagen! we got hungry and were lucky enough to get an outside table at one of the restaurants.
It was all about seafood – I had the mussels and they were wonderful!
Guarding the Queen
Visiting Copenhagen, we had to see Amalienborg Palace – and we were lucky as the changing of the guards was just starting as we arrived.
The guards must have been sweltering under in the sun but they didn’t even move once – quite impressive!
Meet Bo
It’s Bo, one of the Carlsberg Horses. Visiting the brewery was a lot of fun – and you could just go up to the horses. A young lady was brave enough to pet his nose 🙂
