I’ll be sharing a few photos more from our Norway trip in 2008 – so many great memories!
Here a photo of the wonderful – at that time all new – opera house in Oslo.
Walking around Reykjavik, we often returned to Tjörnin and enjoy the view – and feed the ducks 🙂
Walking into Kilkenny, you can’t help to pass Bridie’s General Store – an old-fashioned store and bar.
Doesn’t it look wonderful – I’d love to have spent some time there!
Bergen was the first city of Norway we set foot in. The thing that amazed me was the amount of art displayed on the streets – and not only historic monuments!
A memory of a country I’ve been to quite some years ago – and a photo my husband brought back from a trip a few years ago.
I’m not quite sure where this photo was taken – Gent perhaps?
More Norwegian ducks – today, a photo of the sucks living in the palace park of Oslo.
They enjoy a wonderful view – and a lovely park all around.
The thing I remember most distinctly about Fredrickstadt were the ducks paddling along the river around the city – a friendly group eyeing visitors with not too much interest 🙂
